We are looking for a Medior or Senior CRO Expert to take full ownership of our clients’ search engine marketing.
You will analyze user behavior, identify friction points in funnels and design data-backed experiments to continuously improve landing page conversion rates and lead quality.
What you will be responsible for.
- Audit client websites and landing pages to identify conversion bottlenecks and UX/UI friction points.
- Set up and analyze user behavior tracking using tools such as Hotjar, Clarity and GA4 to map the customer journey.
- Develop hypotheses and execute A/B, split and multivariate tests using tools such as VWO, Optimizely and Varify.
- Create wireframes and mockups for optimized landing pages in close collaboration with copywriters and designers.
- Build comprehensive CRO roadmaps for clients, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement.
- Present findings, test results and ROI impact clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with CRO methodologies, testing platforms and developments in UX, analytics and experimentation.
What we are looking for.
Experience
2+ years of proven experience specifically focused on Conversion Rate Optimization and A/B testing.
Languages
Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Autonomy
You can independently manage the entire CRO process from research and hypothesis to testing and reporting.
Technical skills
Proficiency with GA4, heatmapping tools, testing platforms and UX/UI principles. Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a strong plus.

Highly analytical, obsessively detail-oriented and driven by statistical significance rather than gut feeling.
